Blue World City Islamabad is a new housing project near approved Rawalpindi Ring Road . This project is by Blue Group of Companies (BGC) in association with Shan Jian Municiple Engineering, China. Blue Group of Companies is a big company that has previously built PIA officer’s cooperative housing scheme. Development Status of Blue World City Islamabad:
Development work on the project site has already been started. Currently, a number of vehicles have been employees for land clearing process and earth work. Blue World City has an approx area of of 1,534.5 Kanals, out of which 1,134 Kanals are located in Mouza Sehar, while 400 Kanals of area lies in Mouza Habtal.
Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) has issued a Planning Permission to Blue World City.
