OVERSEAS BLOCK:

Blue World City has recently launched an overseas block whose location will be 1km from the main entrance of Blue World City gate. The overseas Block will have a separate entrance from chakri road and also have a separate gated community inside Blue World City.

The Overseas block will have an artificial lake of245 kanal surrounded by commercial area which will enhance the beauty of overseas block.

CANAL VILLAS: 

Blue world city has planned to launch canal villas at bank of canal  which will be connected to main lake district.

Blue World City has an approx area of of 1,534.5 Kanals, out of which 1,134 Kanals are located in Mouza Sehar, while 400 Kanals of area lies in Mouza Habtal.

Approvals:

Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) has issued a Planning Permission to Blue World City.
